A:The main table can be locked (at the angle you want) with the two flip slocks on both sides. The elevating and lowering can be adjusted on the press locks on both legs.

A:No it won't the dimensions are not even enough for the 15inch laptop, the product is great definitely, the fan works great too, but the dimension could have been better, bigger so that any laptop use

Must buy!

Its just what I wanted for my bed times! It was neatly packed with zero damage to the product. The stand is of brilliant quality with adjustable legs. The silicone arm rest for mouse usage is super nice. The cooling fan works perfectly and helps a lot to decrease the heat during gaming. I am also using this stand while in sofa or also on the floor. Its a beautiful creation and Portronics has done a fine job with this one. Totally loving it!
